SNOWFLAKE FESTIVAL 2008
The annual Lyndon Burke Snowflake Festival begins on Saturday, February 16th, 2008 and wraps up on Sunday, March 2nd. Sponsored by the Lyndon Area Chamber of Commerce. Call for details: 802-626-9696

NEK SNOWMOBILE DRAG RACING
Check out these amazing Snowmobile Drag Races in the Calkins corn field across from the Burke View Garage. Compete for prize money and trophies or enjoy as a spectator. They will be hosting 5 races this winter: January 12th, January 26th, February 3rd, Feburary 23rd, and March 8th in Lyndonville. General Admission $5. Compete with $20 entry fee + $10 insurance fee. Hot dogs, burgers, chips, hot and cold drinks available. Please see race information at www.nekdragracing.com.



BAND CONCERTS
Band Concerts by the Lyndon Town Band take place every Wednesday evening at 7 pm in Bandstand Park in Lyndonville starting in June and running through the summer.



38th ANNUAL BURKLYN ARTS COUNCIL
2008 SUMMER CRAFT FAIR

Craft fair, 10 am to 4 pm, features over 60 juried Vermont artists. Free parking and Handicapped Accessible. RAIN OR SHINE. Location: Bandstand Park, Lyndonville, VT

BREAD AND PUPPET THEATER IN GLOVER
During July and August Bread and Puppet has performances on Fridays at 8 pm and Sundays at 3 pm. Tours of the museum are available at 3 on Sundays.



28th ANNUAL STARS AND STRIPES FESTIVAL
Saturday, July 19th, 2008, Lyndonville
Join us for the 28th annual Stars and Stripes Festival! This wonderful event celebrates our community with music, a parade, vendors and crafters, and lots of fun! Parade at 10 AM -- this year's theme is "Bloomin' in the Kingdom". Bandstand Park will have crafters, vendors and food all afternoon. For information: 802-626-9696. VERMONT CHILDREN’S THEATER
Performances in Lyndonville during the month of July on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Plays and exact performance dates to be announced.
