
The Cobleigh Public Library is an inviting community center, which provides programs, services, books and materials, public space, and information to all residents in the Lyndon area. The library connects people of all ages with opportunities to explore personal growth and develop a life long love of reading.
The Caledonian-Record is a daily, general newspaper published six days a week, Monday through Saturday, for the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and the North Country of New Hampshire. Our publication focuses on local and state government, local sports and community news.

With a generous donation from Eber Cobleigh, the library was built in 1906. Mr. Cobleigh envisioned "a place for study and pleasure and that much good will come from it..." The library is open six days a week and is handicapped accessible. It is located in downtown Lyndonville on Depot Street.

Hours: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Lunch is served at 12:00 pm for a suggested donation of $3 for anyone 60 and over, and a fee of $5 for anyone under 60 years of age. Open to the Public serving a noon-time meal. Doors open at 11 am. There is usually music once or twice a week from 11 am to noon. Pre-paid meal tickets and gift certificates are available for the "one" who has everything.
